• Free collection and delivery to addresses within a 5 mile radius to our office (Harrow and Watford)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Parcelforce (available from your local post office)
• Courier service

Photo Scanning – 5 Simple Steps

We have optimized our scanning services to give you the peace of mind that turnaround times are measured in days and not weeks.

• You first job is to pick out which photos and slides in your collection that you want to be scanned
• Then review our packages and options and select the one that is good for you. Photographs can be scanned to 3 different resolution levels – 300, 600 or 1200 dpi.

• Package and send your photos to Digitize Media using your preferred collection and delivery method
• Your return shipment will include your original items and new high-quality digital images on a USB.

Photo Scan Service Royal Mail Special Delivery

Is available from your local post office. It is best for packages under 2kg in weight. It is a next day guaranteed delivery service that is fully trackable.

Photo Scan Service Parcel Force

Is available from your local post office but can also be booked on line for collection. It is best for packages over 2kg in weight. Two services are offered – 24 hours or 48 hours (cheaper).  This is a fully trackable service.

Photo Scan Service Courier

Digitize Media Photo Scan Service can arrange for a courier to collect your package and will pass on the direct cost for this service (no mark up).   A printer will be required to print the bar coded label that would be sent to you and a guaranteed collection time is not possible on the agreed collection day – so someone must be available to hand over the package with the label in place. This is a fully trackable service.

Whatever service you choose you must ensure your box is strong, your contents packed well and protected with bubble wrap and you put a copy of your name, address and key notes (or copy of your order) inside. Tape the outside of the package well and write handle with care on the sides.
